Hayina ambassadors are residents who know their district house by house and store by store, and take it upon themselves to make Hayina grow there: more customers, more stores, and content made in the neighbourhood itself. It is not a salaried job and not a classic referral scheme; it is a community, operations and content role, rewarded only from real revenue.
What does an ambassador do?
Start with what you do best and widen your scope as you gain confidence. Each role has its own reward and counts towards your level.
Customer growth
Invite your neighbours to Hayina with your personal link; everyone who signs up through it is attributed to you, and you earn a share of every order delivered to them for 12 months.
Store growth
Bring the neighbourhood's stores on board and help them set up in the Hayina for Merchants app, upload their products and receive their first order.
Content
Film the stores and today's offers in short reels that appear in the "Explore" section, where customers order straight from them.
Group deals
Arrange a group offer with a store on what the neighbourhood always buys, and gather neighbours until the number is reached and the price drops for everyone.
Campaigns and events
Run Hayina's campaigns in your district and find local sponsors for neighbourhood events, from the street football league to the Friday market.
Rewards from real revenue
No fixed salary and no reward for a sign-up alone; you earn when the neighbourhood earns.
- A share of every delivered order from a customer who joined through your link, for 12 months from their sign-up.
- A bonus for every store you bring when it is approved, and another when its first order is delivered.
- A share of Hayina's commission on every group deal you organised that completed.
- A bonus for every reel approved by the Hayina team and published in "Explore".
- Shares of the campaigns and sponsorships you run or bring to your district.
In plain terms
Every reward is booked as "pending" first, approved by the Hayina team after checking, and paid to your IBAN when you request it from the ambassador app.
Total ambassador rewards in a month are capped at 10% of Hayina's revenue for that month; if the cap is exceeded, it is shared in proportion to what each ambassador earned.
Points are a different thing: they are counted for every achievement and set your level and prizes, and are never paid as cash.
A clear monthly target, and a ladder to climb
These are an ambassador's monthly targets after the first month; whoever meets them consistently climbs the ladder with higher shares and more responsibility.
Neighbourhood ambassador
The starting point: one district, the five roles, and a reward for every achievement in it.
Lead ambassador
2,000 attributed customers and 30,000 points: higher shares, priority in campaigns, and supporting the ambassadors of neighbouring districts.
City ambassador manager
5,000 customers and 60,000 points: you lead the city's ambassador team and take part in opening new neighbourhoods.

Ambassador FAQ
Who can apply?
Anyone who actually lives in the neighbourhood, is 18 or older, has a smartphone, and can give a few hours a week. No prior sales or content experience is required.
Is there a salary?
No. Being an ambassador is not a salaried job; everything you earn is a reward from real revenue: orders that were delivered, stores that joined and sold, group deals that completed, and content that was approved.
When are rewards paid?
Every reward is booked as "pending" first, then approved by the Hayina team. Once approved, you request a payout from the ambassador app and it is transferred to your IBAN; the minimum request is 50 SAR.
How is a customer attributed to me?
Every ambassador has a personal link and code. Whoever signs in to the Hayina app for the first time through your link or code is attributed to you for 12 months, and you earn your share of every delivered order they place in that period.
Do I need a commercial registration?
No. Your national ID or residence permit and a bank account with an IBAN in your name are enough to receive rewards.
