What being a Hayina ambassador means
A Hayina ambassador is a content creator who knows the neighbourhood and is close to what its people care about. They introduce its stores and products, and give clear, honest coverage and recommendations. Through Hayina, they collaborate with merchants on content that helps people discover the options nearby.

Coverage, visits and content for the neighbourhood's stores. Before you accept any opportunity, you know what is expected, the fee, and when it is delivered and paid.
Content that sounds like you
You present the content in your own style, within the agreement with the store and Hayina, and disclose that it is an advertisement whenever the collaboration is paid.

How you work with the neighbourhood's stores
Store coverage
You visit the store and introduce your audience to it and to selected products, with content published on your account on the agreed platform.
Product content
You present a product in a clear way that is close to your audience. The collaboration may be remote or with a visit, as required and agreed.
Supporting a group deal
You introduce your audience to a group deal available inside the Hayina app, explain the products, the offer and how to take part, with the deal's link.
Monthly collaboration
You work with the store on a set of pieces spread over the month, after agreeing the number of pieces, the platforms, the dates and the fee.
The main publication is on your account on Snapchat, TikTok or another platform, as agreed. We also agree on a version for the reels in Hayina and on handing the material to the merchant, with usage rights clearly set out.

We get to know your style
We review the quality of your content and how it fits the neighbourhood and its stores. If there is a suitable opportunity, we contact you and explain the details.
Choose the right collaboration
Review what is expected, the fee, the dates and the usage rights before agreeing. Joining the programme does not oblige you to accept every opportunity.
Deliver and share the result
Coordinate the content before publishing as agreed, then hand over the links, the material and proof of delivery. Your dues are settled under the collaboration's terms and the agreed payment date.
Start with us and grow your impact
We want your name to grow with Hayina. Your progress in the programme depends on the quality of your work, your reliability and the documented impact of your collaborations, not on follower count alone. The criteria for points and levels are set out in the programme's terms before they apply.
If you take the initiative with content, or help bring in customers or merchants, your contribution can be counted under the documentation process and the programme's terms. Initiatives are optional, and points are for progress, not a cash balance. Any financial incentive is announced separately with its own terms.
Questions you may have
Do I have to be famous?
We look at the quality of your content, your real engagement, and how well your audience fits the neighbourhood and its stores. Follower count is part of the assessment, but not the basis of selection on its own.
How do I earn?
From the paid services you agree to and deliver, such as coverage and content. You know the fee and its terms before accepting each collaboration. Income varies with the opportunities and the work; there is no salary and no guaranteed income from joining alone.
Do I post on my account or in the Hayina app?
The main publication is on your account on the agreed social platform. A service may also include a version for the reels in Hayina and a file for the merchant, within the agreed scope of work and usage rights.
Am I expected to deliver orders?
No. The ambassador’s role is content, introducing the stores and supporting their growth, not delivering orders.
Can I apply from outside Qurtubah?
Yes. You can register your interest and name your neighbourhood. The programme starts in Qurtubah, Riyadh; other neighbourhoods are contacted when suitable opportunities to expand arise, with no set date.
What is required before a collaboration starts?
We explain the verification requirements and any documents or licences needed for the type of collaboration. The initial application is only to get to know you; we do not ask for your bank details or a copy of your ID in it.
