The "Verified" badge
Send your commercial register and ID from "My store" in the merchant app; after the Hayina team's check, a blue verified badge appears next to your store name in the customer app. The badge is withdrawn if the store closes or changes owner.

How much is the commission?
A percentage of delivered orders only that depends on your store's section (from 6% for electronics and groceries to 12% for fashion and perfumes), which you see in the app before signing up and on every line of your statement. No fees on cancelled or returned orders. The "Hayina Cloud" commission is published when it opens.
Who delivers the orders?
You or your courier, from inside the district. When "Hayina Cloud" opens, participating merchants will stock their goods in the district warehouse and Hayina will prepare and deliver; register your interest through the join form.
When do I get paid?
By periodic bank transfer to the IBAN registered in your business name, with the transfer reference and a full statement in the app.
Can my staff use the app?
Yes. Add store staff with permissions: an account manager, or an employee who sees orders but not payouts.
What if my store or a product is rejected?
You get the reason in the app (such as a missing photo or an inaccurate description); fix it, resubmit, and it is reviewed again.
