The "Verified" badge
Send your commercial register and ID from "My store" in the merchant app; after the Hayina team's check, a blue verified badge appears next to your store name in the customer app. The badge is withdrawn if the store closes or changes owner.

How much is the commission?
A percentage of delivered orders only. It differs between "Near you" stores and "Hayina Cloud" stores, and you see it in the app before signing up and on every line of your statement. No fees on cancelled or returned orders.
Who delivers the orders?
In "Near you", you or your courier deliver from inside the district. In "Hayina Cloud", you stock your goods in the warehouse and Hayina prepares and delivers.
When do I get paid?
By periodic bank transfer to the IBAN registered in your business name, with the transfer reference and a full statement in the app.
Can my staff use the app?
Yes. Add store staff with permissions: an account manager, or an employee who sees orders and chats but not payouts.
What if my store or a product is rejected?
You get the reason in the app (such as a missing photo or an inaccurate description); fix it, resubmit, and it is reviewed again.
