Hayina Cloud is a warehouse in your district that stocks the products of participating stores. Fill one cart from more than one store, and everything arrives in a single delivery.
When should you choose Cloud?
"Near you" is the fastest: an order from a single store that delivers itself within minutes. "Cloud" is the widest: several stores’ range and wholesale prices in one order.

Questions about Cloud
Can I combine "Near you" and Cloud in the same cart?
No; each way has its own cart, because who prepares and delivers is different. You can complete the two orders one after the other.
How is free delivery counted?
The first three Cloud orders on each account carry no delivery fee; after that a flat fee is shown in the cart before you confirm.
What if an item runs out after I order?
The warehouse tells you in the chat and the item is removed from the bill, or you cancel the whole order at no charge before it leaves.
Are returns the same?
Yes, within 7 days from the app, and the item’s value returns to your wallet after inspection.
