What's new in Hayina

  • Stores With a larger font size in the phone settings, product cards grow with the text, so the favourite and add buttons stay inside the card in every list and row.

  • Account Opened the app through a Hayina neighbourhood ambassador’s link? After your first sign-in your account is linked to them and you see a welcome message; your orders support your neighbourhood at no cost to you.

  • Stores The blue “Verified” badge next to a store name means Hayina checked its commercial register and its owner’s identity; tap it to see what we checked.

  • Account The “Report” sheet sends your report as soon as you pick a reason and tap “Send report”, and you get a confirmation right away. The wallet top-up and withdrawal sheets and reel comments now work from anywhere in the app.

  • Stores Every new or edited product is reviewed by the Hayina team before it appears, so what you see in the app is checked and policy-compliant.

  • Orders The return window counts from the delivery time, and the amount shown is what is actually refunded after the coupon share.
  • Chats A message that did not send is resent with one tap, a long chat opens at the latest messages, and a draft stays with its store.
  • Account The privacy switches (precise location, offers window, suggestions by interest) are saved on your device. When you delete the account your name and details are removed from your past orders at the merchant.
  • Search Search on the home screen tolerates Arabic spelling variants (hamza, taa marbuta), like the Cloud search.
  • Products The product page shows the store's rating and stock, with a “Retry” button if reviews fail to load.

  • Products The product gallery swipes between all photos, with arrows for the mouse; in zoom mode photos swipe and zoom by pinch or double tap.
