Today Hayina launches the Hayina Ambassador programme: an invitation to residents who know their neighbourhood house by house and store by store to take on the growth of Hayina in it. It is not a salaried job and not a classic referral scheme; it is a community, operations and content role, rewarded only from real revenue.
Five roles
- Customer growth: inviting neighbours with a personal link, and a share of every order delivered to them for 12 months.
- Store growth: bringing the neighbourhood’s stores on board and training them on the Hayina for Merchants app.
- Content: filming stores and offers in reels that appear in “Explore”.
- Group deals: organising group offers with stores where the price drops for everyone.
- Campaigns and events: running Hayina’s campaigns and sponsoring neighbourhood events.
Rewards from real revenue
Every reward is booked as “pending” first, then approved by the Hayina team, and paid to the ambassador’s IBAN when they request it from the Hayina Ambassadors app. Total rewards in a month never exceed 10% of Hayina’s revenue, and points set levels and prizes without being paid as cash. Three levels: neighbourhood ambassador, lead ambassador, and city ambassador manager.
Where and when?
