Hayina has added a “Verified” badge to the customer app: a blue mark next to a store name that means the Hayina team has checked its commercial register and the identity of its owner, not just the details entered in the app.
How does a store get it?
- The merchant opens “My store” in the Hayina for Merchants app and chooses “Verify store”.
- They upload a photo of the commercial register (or freelance certificate) and the owner’s ID.
- The Hayina team reviews the documents, matches them against the store’s details, and tells the merchant the decision in the app.
- Once approved, the badge appears immediately on the store page, in search results and on the map.
What does it mean for customers?
Tapping the badge in the app shows what was checked and when. The badge is not permanent: it is withdrawn if the store closes or changes owner, and the new owner verifies again from scratch.
