HayinaA complete English version of every screen with a switch in the account, and a dark mode that is easy on the eyes at night, on phone and desktop.
Riyadh’s neighbourhoods are multilingual, and now the app is too. The Hayina app can be switched to English from “Account” then “Language”: every screen, notification and message switches to English, while store and product names stay as the merchant wrote them.
Dark mode was added under “Appearance”: comfortable colours at night with text, maps and notifications kept legible. Both work on the phone and on a desktop screen, where the app adapts with a side menu and the map or the cart next to the page.
The merchant app, Hayina for Merchants, received dark mode as well.
Why now?
Many neighbourhood customers prefer English, and many orders are placed in the evening. The aim is that every neighbour finds the app comfortable in their own language and at their own hour.
