HayinaThe first version of the Hayina app is live in three Riyadh neighbourhoods, with approved local stores delivering from inside the district within minutes.
Hayina has started operating in three neighbourhoods of north-east Riyadh: Al Munsiyah, Al Rimal and Qurtubah. In each district, approved stores prepare the order and deliver it themselves from inside the neighbourhood, so groceries, produce, bread and medicine arrive in minutes rather than hours.
Why the neighbourhood?
Everyday shopping happens in the neighbourhood: the corner grocery, the bakery, the nearby pharmacy. Hayina does not replace these stores; it puts them in one app and keeps delivery neighbour to neighbour. That is why we open districts one at a time: a district opens only when it has enough merchants for a customer to find what they need and receive it fast.
What does a customer find in the app today?
- The neighbourhood map with nearby stores, their distance and delivery time.
- An order from one store, prepared and delivered from inside the district, with a direct chat with the store.
- Live order tracking and the courier’s position on the map.
- Pay on delivery or from the Hayina wallet, and returns within seven days.
Next neighbourhoods
We are now gathering merchants in Al Olaya, Al Narjis, Al Malqa, Hittin, Al Yasmin and Al Sulaymaniyah. Anyone who wants Hayina in their district can register their interest, and a store owner there can join now to be among the first stores when the district opens.
