HayinaThe second way to shop on Hayina: products of participating stores are stocked in the district warehouse, so you fill one cart from several stores and receive one delivery at wholesale prices.
Alongside “Near you”, which delivers from a single store within minutes, Hayina has launched Hayina Cloud: a warehouse in the district that stocks the products of participating stores, so a customer combines items from more than one store in a single order.
For customers
- One cart from any number of Cloud stores, and one delivery.
- Wholesale prices on many items, and free delivery on the first three orders.
- Delivery within hours, or at a time the customer chooses.
- The same returns: seven days, with the amount going back to the wallet.
For merchants
The merchant stocks goods in the district warehouse and Hayina prepares and delivers. No courier or vehicle is needed, and the store is visible to customers in every district the warehouse serves. The Cloud commission is separate from the “Near you” commission and published before signing up, and warehouse stock is visible to the merchant in real time with an alert before it runs out.
