Hayina has added group deals to the app: a store offers a special price on an item or a bundle, unlocked when a set number of buyers join within a set time.
How it works
- The store opens a deal: the item, the special price, the number required, and the deadline.
- The customer joins from the app and sees the number of participants live.
- When the number is reached, the special price is locked in for everyone and the order is prepared.
- If the deadline passes without reaching the number, the deal is cancelled and nothing is charged.
Why?
A neighbourhood buys the same things: a carton of water, a bag of rice, a box of dates. When neighbours buy together, the store sells a larger quantity in one day and everyone gets a better price. Deals appear in the “Deals” section of the app and on the store page.
